1 Way to Move Out of Stagnation: Professionally & Personally

Are You Where You Want to Be?

There’s only one place where success precedes work. Got it? No cheating, no Googling! Pinky promise? Share your answers in the comments, let’s bring some joy! I’m already having a laugh.

On a more serious note, in last week’s article, I dished out four profound questions to help you spot stagnation in both your professional and personal life. The response was overwhelming, and I’m overjoyed to hear that so many of you found it beneficial for your journey to success. So, here we go with THE REAL DEAL!

#1 Stagnation Buster ➡️ Self-Motivation & Manifestation

It’s time to elevate your self-motivation game. As a motivational speaker and life coach, this is my bread and butter. I consistently prompt my clients to ask themselves how they can progress and start visualizing their goals.

For me, nothing beats jotting things down with a pen on paper. I’m all about vision boards for charting my path.

Each year, I create a brand new vision board – trust me, it’s brimming with dreams that are way bigger than my bank account. I revisit my old vision boards to gauge my progress and transfer dreams to the new one. I never give up! The power of my spoken and written words is how I make my dreams a reality. Some of those dreams I’m living today! As seen on US Business News.

You can do the same or devise your plan on your phone, tablet, or PC. The key is doing what feels right for you. I just want to see you soar!

However you document your plan, ensure it furnishes you with a roadmap, giving you direction. Understand that putting your thoughts on paper is a form of #manifestation. You’re declaring your intent to the universe, and taking action will draw the right opportunities and people into your life.

“But Kurline, my goals are HUGE!”

Here’s how to make tackling your big goals more manageable and realistic:

  • Break them into smaller, actionable steps.
  • Set milestones.
  • Assess and adapt when necessary.

Each step completed brings a sense of achievement. Remember, taking a small step beats taking no step at all. This elevates your #confidence and #drive to keep pushing forward. Along the journey, maintaining focus and momentum becomes easier as you work towards those larger objectives. You’ll find it simpler to stay #motivated and track your progress.
